Booking policy

At Abstract Hair & Colour, we value your time and ours. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Missed appointments without notice may also be subject to a 50% charge.

Appointment cancellations can only be made by calling the salon on 01494 671733 or emailing [email protected]. This cannot be done via our online booking facility.
